When you need help, please gather the information mentioned hereunder which we will need in order to help you solving the problem:

  • What is the type of browser you are using (Explorer, Netscape or other) and what version it is?
  • Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
  • How do you connect to the Internet (i.e. Modem, Broadband, Cable…)?
  • From what town/area do you connect?
