How can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Withdrawals will be held pending for 8 hours, during which time you have the option to retract and reverse the withdrawal request in order to continue playing by simply selecting this option from the Payment/Banking section of Gnuf. If you wish to reverse withdrawals after the 24 hour time limit you can contact support and depending on the stage of the payout process, we may be able to reverse it for you.
