Microgaming is a co-founder of eCogra (e-Commerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance). Based in the UK, this independent, non-profit organization ensures that operators act responsibly, treat players fairly and ensure winnings are paid out on time. Microgaming is also founding members of IGC, the Interactive Gaming Council, which is a forum for addressing issues and advancing the common interests of the industry.

Microgaming is one of the most respected names in the industry, and players in the Microgaming Poker Network are automatically protected by Fraud Control Systems and client server encryption. Additionally, thanks to Microgamings years’ of experience in fraud prevention, there is also a Collusion Detection Software (patent pending) that tracks all play in real time. And when anything suspicious is detected, the players’ hand histories are brought up for examination by an experienced team – and any necessary action taken.

At Gnuf, all customers must at all times guarantee not to be:

  • Acting on behalf of another party
  • Depositing money originating from criminal activity
  • Depositing money through a credit card which the customer is not authorised to use or knowingly receiving money from such credit card.
  • Using the player account for money laundering.

Any account transactions and/or activities indicating potential money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
