Can I chat in languages other than English?

In general you can chat only in English, unless a flag is shown next to a table. On these tables you can choose to either speak in English and/or the language of the flag indicated. You are not supposed to chat in any other language, as other players may get the feeling that you are trying to give an imaginary partner some tips. In case you violate this rule or courtesy, you can be blocked from chat.
