Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers in the Gnuf Casino. Should there be any confusion whatsoever as to the conditions applicable, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
1. The general terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with Gnuf.com and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.
2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.
3. A player’s casino account balance is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance. When your gaming account is credited with a promotional bonus, these credits will be added to your “Bonus Balance”.
4. All Deposits will be added to your “Cash Balance”.
5. All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your Cash Balance.
6. All Winnings using the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus/es amount (less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance), and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.
7. Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account.
8. You will be unable to withdraw any amount from your account until you’ve either met the wagering requirements or played through all funds in the Bonus Account. Winnings on bets from the Bonus Account, after the wagering requirements have been met, go straight to the Cash Account.
9. Bonus amounts credited to a Player’s Bonus Balance are subject to thirty (30) times play-through / wagering before they may be cashed in.
10. For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player’s bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.
11. As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in $10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
12. You will not be able to withdraw until all wagering has been met.
13. Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through / wagering requirement.
14. The contributing percentages are as follows:
- Slots and Parlor Games: 100%
- Video Poker games (Except All Aces Video Poker and Jacks or Better Video Poker), All Roulette games, Casino War & all Table Poker games: 10%
- All Blackjacks, Jacks or Better Video Poker & All Aces Video Poker, Sic Bo & Red Dog: 2%
- All Craps and All Baccarats: 0%
15. The following examples are based on the standard Welcome Bonus
- If you play only Slots, which count 100% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 300 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 3,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

- If you play only Table Poker games, which count 10% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 600 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 6,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

16. If play-through has taken place on any bonus received, then the bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the play-through requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
17. Gnuf.com Casino Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honoring any promotional offer. Gnuf.com reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified without notice.
18. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing even money bets on Roulette, Sic Bo or Craps, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, unless that is allowed in the specific term of a campaign. For the purposes of this rule, a bet is defined as one roulette spin or one dealer’s dealt hand in any table game, or one deal in any Video or Power Poker game (this includes Multi-Hand/Play games). Should it be deemed that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
19. Gnuf reserves the right to limit cashouts/withdrawals from any free chip/bonus/free games added to a players account to £200 or 5 times the bonus amount (whichever is greater). This limit will apply should a bonus be granted with no deposit being made unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional offer.
20. All offers are in players account specific currencies. Only players from Sweden will be eligible to play in SEK. Should you receive a promotional offer not relating to your casino account specific currency, please contact our support team for clarity prior to claiming.
21. The maximum welcome bonus amount is 1000 for all currencies except SEK which is 10000. All SEK weekly offers will be ten times the value of other currencies. Should you receive an offer with a value that differs from the value in your bonuses on your account, please contact our support team prior to claiming for clarity.
