General Rules
Only one account is allowed per player. Any player found in violation of this rule may have all their accounts terminated.
You cannot "undo" a ticket purchase. Tickets purchased will be displayed at the beginning of each game. If you leave or are disconnected prior to game start, the game continues and your tickets will still be played. No refunds are available.’
In the case of there being more than one winning ticket, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.
In the case of dispute, the decision of management will be final.
Cash Prize Rules
Only players that have already funded their account with a cash deposit are eligible to win jackpot prizes (Progressive Jackpot and Promotional Games)
In the event of more than one ticket winning, the pool will be shared equally among all the lucky winners.
If a Progressive Jackpot results in multiple winners the prize is shared among the winners
Promotional game prizes are split depending on the specific promotion
Bonus Money
All Bonus Bucks (BBc) and complimentary real money credits will be deemed void if a player account remains dormant for more than 60 days.
Bonus Bucks can only be used to buy tickets once all Cash Credits have been exhausted.
Bonus Bucks can never be withdrawn.
Winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free tickets received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal, any winnings received by the Player made from purchases using winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free ticket purchases can not be cashed out, further any winnings will not be cashed out if the Player's Bingo Account has not previously been funded with a cash deposit within the last 30 days.
Bingo Bonus Money (BBc) are forfeited on withdrawal.
