When you need help, please gather the information mentioned hereunder which we will need in order to help you solving the problem:

1. What is the type of browser you are using (Explorer, Netscape or other) and what version it is?
2. Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
3. How do you connect to the Internet (i.e. Modem, Broadband, Cable…)?
4. From what town/area do you connect?
